If you're planning your vacation there. Must go through the list and you will get your visit maximized;

1: In the valley of the Hunza

My friends and I took the vehicle from Gilgit to the Hunza Valley for three hours which was not enough to get the most out of it even if my whole life will fail it's so good for my memories. The valley of Hunza is the most picturesque destination among the best places to visit in Gilgit Baltistan. The rough landscape there is different and attractive and makes you mesmerize so much.

The Hunza Valley is in Pakistan's northernmost region, at the highest point. Snow-capped mountains surround the Hunza Valley on all sides, making it one of the most beautiful places on Earth. It is possible to divide the Hunza Valley into three distinct sections on the basis of dynamic beauty and portions as per geography which are listed below:

  1. the Upper Hunza Gojal

  2. Center of the Valley

  3. and Lower Hunza.

The Hunza Valley has a vast range of activities and attractions for visitors.

2: Valley of Skardu

We can't ignore Skardu even if we cannot make a comparison of it with Hunza. Both places have their unchallengeable beauty. Skardu, a valley in the Himalayas, has an unmatched epitome of natural beauty, serenity, and wildness, among other best places to visit in Gilgit, Pakistan.  Also, The Khunjerab Pass is located in Gilgit-Baltistan (which I wanted to visit for so long). Moreover, K2, K3, and Gasherbrum are just a few of the world's tallest peaks that may be reached from this valley (When I saw them, I got Stunned).

Every year, mountaineers and hikers from all over the globe attempt these treacherous ascents, which have claimed the lives of several climbers. It's not only a national but an attraction for foreign tourists.

There are several springs and streams to witness throughout the seven-hour trek. The people of the area are also known for their warmth and generosity. Skardu is most known for its lakes, notably Satpara and Kachura; nonetheless, the Shigar and Skardu Fort complex is the city's most popular attraction.

3: Valley of Khaplu

A road trip of 103 kilometers will get us to the summit of Masherbrum Peak (the best place to visit in Gilgit Baltistan), located to the east of Skardu. The Yabgo dynasty was the ruling family of Khaplu, the second-largest kingdom at the time. This organization was in charge of maintaining and guarding the trade route via the Shyok River, ultimately leading to Ladakh.

The Chaqchan Mosque in Khaplu is only one of the many historic structures that can be seen in the area. The city is home to a multitude of other famous monuments and attractions. It is only feasible to get to and from Khaplu by using a motor vehicle.

The Khaplu Valley is a destination for travelers from all over the globe due to its abundance of opportunities for outdoor activities such as climbing and hiking.

4: Valley of Shiger

The Shigar Valley, surrounding the Shigar River, meandered through the valley's center. As soon as we arrived, it was evident that we started exploring the places to visit in Gilgit Baltistan. Undoubtedly, this was one of the world's most beautiful sites.  It's a long way from Skardu, at around 170 kilometers. You may begin your journey across the Karakoram Mountains from Shigar.

The Amburik Mosque and the Khilingrong Mosque, the valley's most populated settlements where we prayed, and the views there were s scenic. On the other side of town, at Shigar Fort. All of Mullah Shigar Khanqah's structures are included in this. For Muslims, this is the site of remembrance. Also, A popular destination in the Shigar Valley is the Astana of Syed Mir Yahya or K2 Basecamp. The valley is home to several distinct communities and is one of the best places to visit in Pakistan.

Despite its name, the valley is far from the high mountains. The Noorbakhshi Sufi order is linked to several of the town's older structures. This makes it a popular tourist destination and hiking destination.

Dry Fruits of Shiger

Among the fruits that thrive in this region are walnuts, apples, cherries, apricots, and pears.  We appreciated it much during our stay and spent some time exploring the valley's frigid interior. The icy wasteland is unlike any other site of its sort in the world. Awe-inspiring scenes are created when clouds drift near the Earth. The last rail station in Shigar Valley is called Askole.

5: Valley of Gupis

Often referred to as "Gupis," this riverside valley is about 70 kilometers west of Gilgit. The Ghizer region's Gupis Valley is home to many breathtakingly stunning vistas and sights.

His destination will steal your breath away and is one of the best places to visit in Gilgit Baltistan. A river making its way down a road is surrounded by lush green fields and trees, and the river's emerald-colored water is a sight to see.

There are just a few kilometers separating the picturesque Khalti Lake from the Gupis Valley. Trout fish thrive in this environment and are generally known for it. Located near Khalti, a settlement, the lake was formed by the portion of the river. The lake's growth may be attributed to this part of the river. The color of the lake's water changes dramatically during the summer, making the view even more attractive. During the winter, the lake often freezes over to the point that it is safe to walk on. Near Khalti Lake, there is a restaurant with a spectacular view.

6: The Astor Valley

Rama Lake and the surrounding meadows are popular tourist attractions in this portion of the Astore valley. In the summer, the valley's temperature usually is pleasant. However, it may drop significantly in the winter (We visited in the summer to take a break from the heat).

Some of the outdoor activities that we experienced near Astore include

  1. Climbing

  2. Hiking

  3. and jeep driving.

A wide range of adventure tourism and activities were part of the Visit to the Nanga Parbat to Deosai and Kamri. This historic valley sits among the best places to visit in Gilgit Baltistan. In the east, the valley extends to Nanga Parbat, some 120 kilometers distant. The valley's entrance is a courtyard located 60 kilometers southeast of Gilgit. With stunning vistas and an abundance of picture ops, Astore is a favorite destination for both hikers and photographers.

7: Valley of Nagar

Nagar Khas is a lakeside paradise in northern Pakistan. It is home to an awe-inspiring, breathtaking, and loveliest environment.  In the past, Nagar was known as Brushed. The significance of Nagar Khas cannot be overstated. The breathtaking Visit to Nagar is among other best places in Gilgit Baltistan. I'm planning a trip to the Nagar region's renowned tourist attractions, including the Ghulmet, Minapin, Charlotte, and Hopper Valleys, this summer. Most of this may be attributed to the valley's breathtaking scenery and mind-blowing vistas.

Among the most picturesque best places to visit in Gilgit Baltistan, Nagar is known for its snow-covered mountains; Hooper is another. Nevertheless, glaciers' immense force adds to the spectacular beauty of new landscapes by sculpting them.

Even though the Rakaposhi Mountains encircle the valley, they are far lower than the Diran Peak, which can be seen from Minapin.

There are many best places in Gilgit Baltistan for tourists because of its increased feeling of security. Despite what the media portrays, visitors aren't only drawn to the parts of Pakistan that the media portrays. A secure and risk-free location to live in Pakistan, as it is in many other countries throughout the globe.

Also, The purpose of a vacation is to take in as much of the country's natural beauty as possible at the best places to visit in Pakistan. It's a good idea to see Gilgit Baltistan since it contains a lot of fascinating and worthwhile attractions.
